Later, I worked with an uncle and shortly after with a friend, with whom I worked for several years. In 2001, my brother, my father, and I decided to make papel picado and look for clients. It was not easy to get clients since SS Huixcolotla is known as the Cradle of Papel Picado! Therefore many of us dedicate ourselves to this activity and there is a lot of competition. But as a saying goes; "The sun shines for everyone" In 2008 Taking advantage of technological advances, I made a website to publicize our work and bring our product to more people, which was successful since we sent confetti to people from all over Mexico and other parts of the world, such as El Salvador, Colombia , Argentina, USA, France, England, Finland, Denmark among others. Our product was very well accepted as our confetti is totally hand-chiselled. As our product is totally handmade, we have been asked to give interviews to some media such as TV Azteca, Notimex and Telemundo. Currently we have formed a great team with which we work shoulder to shoulder to deliver the orders of our clients with excellent quality and in the indicated time to all of Mexico and part of the foreigner.
